Installation and start-up of carousel casting machine at Division P-24:

• works associated with disconnection and dismantling of the old carousel casting machine,
• examination of soil density in the area of carousel casting machine installation and pumping
  station, and required soil compaction,
• construction of foundations, channels, pouring spouts, intermediate and weighing vessels, cooling water channels and pipelines,
• construction of steel structures, including platforms, stairs, fencing and railings, extraction
  hoods, etc., along with anticorrosive and insulation works,
• installation of carousel casting machine components supplied by the OUTOKUMPU
  company,
• providing connections to various installations according to the documentation, including:
  - system of fume extraction from the casting station,
  - hydraulic installation,
  - electrical installation,
  - heating system for auxiliary equipment,
  - system for blowing water from the anodes,
  - lighting installation,
  - ventilation and air-conditioning of operators' rooms,
  - system for cooling anodes and hydraulic system,
  - CCTV system for casting supervision,
• electrical and mechanical start-up and machine trial runs,
• technological start-up,
• participation in the acceptance of machine components subject to inspection by the Office of
  Technical Inspection (UDT).
