Construction of the post-neutralization sludge dewatering and filtration facility in HMG:

The works were carried out between September and December of 2006 and their detailed scope included:

• construction of a Dorr settler (o 30 m) with an agitator, operating platforms, staircase and
  mechanical equipment,
• construction of a road bridge across the Struga Przychodzka river in order to ensure the
  access,
• relocation of the existing pipeline (o 700 mm) - removal of the existing and installation of
  new pipeline in the section located within the construction site (water from the Odra river to
  HMG),
• construction of the following connecting pipelines along with culverts:
  - post-coagulation sludge pipeline made from PE pipes with the length of 254 m,
  - post-neutralization sludge pipeline made from PE pipes with the length of 1150 m,
  - underground eluate pipeline made from PE pipes with the length of 1540 m.
• completion of pipeline acceptance tests along with attestations,
• construction of connectors for the media used during filtration tests (water, compressed air,
  electricity),
• inventory of constructed objects and installations along with geodetic and cartographic
  works,
• participation in the initial mechanical commissioning of the Dorr settler.
