Total weight of the plant - approx. 300 t, including:
  • Steel support structure - 150 t
  • Connecting gas pipelines - 15 t
  • Lurgi precipitators (4 units) - 80 t
  • Maryle dampers (8 units) - 52 t.

Foundations along with a tray with 225 m2 surface area coated with chemical-resistant covering.

Execution period and scope of work:

The works were executed between August 2006 and January 2007, and their scope included:
• dismantling works,
• construction of the foundations,
• fabrication and erection of the steel support structure for the precipitator assembly
• installation of 10-bay switchgear type SIVACON 8 PT and 24m busbar bridge
• integration and installation of the precipitator assembly
• installation of gas pipelines and accompanying systems
• mechanical and process commissioning of the equipment
